2019 Red Carpet Gala

Celebrating 20 Years of Providing Opportunity Through Education

As you may have heard, last year, with state budgetary constraints we nearly lost our funding. Through the help of our staff, students, Board of Directors, and state politicians we were able to have our funding renewed but it isn’t enough! We need a spectacular fundraiser to ensure the future of our programs.

On June 20th are celebrating 20 years of ongoing programs with The Red Carpet Gala. Join us at Lombardo’s for drinks, dinner, and a silent auction to celebrate some of the people who have been part of the RCP family.

Tickets can be purchased at http://buytickets.at/randolphcommunitypartnershipinc

If you are unable to attend but would still like to donate you can do so here!

Community COrnerstone Award

The Community Cornerstone Award is given to someone who has shown to be an advocate for RCP and adult education. This person has fought for the continued success of our programs and our community.

This year we are awarding the Community Cornerstone Award to Massachusetts State Senator Walter F. Timilty. Senator Timilty has always been available to support our organization, from attending our events to picking up the phone when we need to discuss anything. He has worked over the years to really become part of the RCP family.

Last summer when we were told we were losing state funding, Senator Timilty spearheaded a group of State and local politicians to fight for our program. With their support and the increase for Adult Education in the state budget, RCP was refunded!

We are grateful to all of the work Senator Walter Timilty has done for Randolph Community Partnership.

The Pinnacle of Success award is given to a former student who has used RCP as a stepping stone to advance their education or career. This years recipient is Kleephton St. Lot. Kleephton was a student of RCP’s ESOL program in 2013. While enrolled he was a dedicated student, always striving for excellence.

Since graduation, Kleephton has attended Bunker Hill Community College and earned his Associate’s Degree. He is currently attending Bridgewater State University majoring in Criminal Justice.

Kleepton is also an accomplished musician and active in his church. He consistently volunteers at RCP events and has remained a member of the RCP family!

Above and beyond award

The Above and Beyond Award is given to a current student who has shown exceptional growth in their time with RCP. This award recognizes students who have shown outstanding commitment and academic achievement.

This year’s recipient is Esther Charles. Esther has been a student in our program since 2016. In her time here, Esther has successfully completed our ESOL program and is excelling in our high school equivalency class.

Esther currently works in customer service. She plans to enroll in college after she obtains her high school equivalency and wants to pursue a job in healthcare. Outside of work and school, Esther enjoys be active in her church, cooking and traveling.
